Then who do you think should be in front? When I think of Power Rangers, I always think of Tommy, due to the fact that he's the most awesome ranger ever.

this is just me.... either Jason (1st red ranger and leader) / Ryan (Titanium ranger, the real 1st Power Ranger made in the US)

I know Jason is the first red ranger and leader, but I do think the front spot deserves to go the, and to some arguably, best ranger ever, which would be Tommy. Growing up (and going many years back) everyone wanted to be the Green/White Ranger.

Tommy's up front for a few reasons:
1) As Cole said, "He really is the greatest Ranger."
2) Tommy may not have been the first leader, but he led for longer than anyone.
3) The White ranger was taken from DaiRanger, and as such had a kind of "odd man out" feeling from the original MMPR guys, who were all ZyuRanger derived. I was trying to keep all the teams basically grouped together. If I'd put him back there with the rest of the MMPR team, there'd be two Tommys in the line-up.
4) I wanted to have one larger, central figure out front to anchor the image. For the aforementioned reasons, I chose Tommy's White Ranger form (his Green Ranger form's probably the coolest, but he wasn't the leader as Green Ranger and, like I said, it made sense to have the ZyuRanger-derived MMPR Rangers all in one grouping and have the sole DaiRanger-derived Ranger out in front).

That's because he is a special character that came much later, besides, why should the love mostly go to the 6th ranger when the main group that started it all were the 1st 5 rangers. =____= *sigh* Besides, if you look back at it on youtube, pretty much all the time he was considered a "best" ranger bacause he got his hands on Greater power only....
