Black Widow 12 19 09

This week's character is Black Widow. I was going for a little more of a dynamic, energetic shot. Many of my submissions of lately have been pretty posed, so I wanted some action in this one. I initially thought of giving it a little more direction with her limbs flailing a bit more, but then I realized, this is Natalia Romanova we're talking about. She's not only an expert spy, but a trained ballerina. She doesn't do "flailing" (even if she does do Tony Stark, Matt Murdock, Bucky Barnes, Red Guardian, Hawkeye...).

See? I might not be the best artist in the world, but there's a good chance I'm the nerdiest. Nerdy enough to know her name's actually Natalia Romanova, not Natasha Romanoff.
